Your employee can also go bankrupt or he can make them prove their case in court. If this was an honest collection agency who honored their settlement offers, I would say "maybe it is not a bad idea you have going there," but from what I have read, Sherman does not honor FDCPA rules. They don't honor or obey cease and desist letters. They sue large numbers of people without providing them validation and they love to POISON and REAGE accounts on your credit report.
