This is a good place to start. For the exemptions, find your state on the right. If you have further questions, feel free. Good Luck. I did it, it's not a bad process. I would advise using a good bk attorney to make sure that you have all your ducks in a row. And, he/she will advise regarding exemptions. I thought I was pretty well informed, but my attorney knew a few little details that saved me money. He was well worth his fee.
