Something that I have noticed on this forum is that people who talk to creditors / CA's on the phone, or get into a payment plan and then stop, tend to get sued more often. If the CA's notice any vulnerability/ any ability to pay, they swoop right in.

Your idea of prioritizing your expenses is good. Once you have done that, be totally RUTHLESS about the ones that you are going to default on. No contact, no further payments, nada.

Once you have made your priority of payments, feel free to list them here without giving personal details, and the good people on this board will be able to offer suggestions.
