Thanks Parry for your advice.
With the Wage earner plan, do I just mail payment to a trustee of the court? Or do they garnish my wages, thus having to notify my employer?

If the collection agency is in another state, than where I live, can they still sue me?

Also, I was advised my an attorney to tell them that I've consulted a bankrupcty attny and am considering all my options.

After reading this board, it sounds like that was bad advice from my attny.

What now?
