Informal bankruptcy, an example of the the freemarket finding its own solution. Government makes bankruptcy difficult? The marketplace comes up with a spontaneous alternative.

Look, organized crime is nothing more than a provider of services and commodities made difficult to obtain by government proscription. Tighten bankruptcy laws? The market will find an alternative, in this case ahead of the prohibiting legislation.
