what does opt out mean ????????can you go chapter 13 two years after you filed chapter 7 ??????? if collectors sue you what happens????? what does it mean when 75% of your income is safe in regards to wage garnishment?????? so if the debt owed is 10,000 and wage garnishment comes up do they take 25% of your paycheck every week till its paid???????? does the judge take into account your current financial status i.e. just getting by on essentials?????what if I ignore all letters and summons what happens do the cops pick me up like a criminal??????? or do they just proceed with the wage garnishment???????
