what are the odds of me a connecticut resident walking away from a connecticut based credit card company without paying over 9,000 in debt I already claimed chapter 7 so they cant force me into it again its only been three years since what will happen if I am lucky???? what will happen if unlucky???? I do own a home I do collect a paycheck what if I ignore every one that contacts me can they drain my checking account without me knowing about it /not like theres any extra in it anyway!!!!! how is connecticut in regards to this scenario????????? can I get away with it??????
