Very few small cases in Florida actually have court reporters that take the details.
I won a case this past summer in Florida because of 4 year SOL and the CA was not licensed. Both played a factor.
If you take the Truth in Lending copy with you, or include it in the court papers, the judge can't deny the law. The CAs lawyer tried to argue the 5 year and I just flat out proved him wrong.
