It is way past the SOL and has been sold by the OC and another CA for 2 or 3 cents on the dollar. Besides it was discharged in BK. They cannot sue you and it should be off of your CR by now except for your BK--which stays reported for (10) years. You only have to pay the Federal student loan--which you are doing. Ignore it.
