If you were to ask me the odds, I would say that the odds are not on your side. For one, Connecticutt is not that consumer friendly. Two, you have a home that they can get a lien on. Three, you have a job. Four you have a history of bankruptcy so you can't file again. I would say that if you ignore them, they will sue especially if they know you have a home and if they know you have a job.

My opinion. I do agree you need to get yourself an attorney and see what he recommends in your situation. You may need his help in securing your rights and probably negotiating a payment plan.
