If sued in a case to record all the information for appeal if needed? Here is were I stand at this point: 1. I'm 4 years SOL all CC's
2. I'm in Florida
3. Will have to represent self
4. Told that Florida is 5 years and TILA does not matter in Florida and I'm going to get sued off the planet this year for 5 years SOL. It's in the big CA's business model to sue into the 4th year--mid year some time. I intend if sued to take this all the way thru appeals PRO SE and to the Florida Supreme Court--FEDERAL COURT-Maybe even CLASS ACTION If need be to not only defend for me but the 1000's of others in this state who are are being sued 5 years SOL CC's. ONCE IN FOR ALL SOMEONE NEEDS TO DEFEND FOR ALL OF US CONSUMERS IN THE COURT OF LAW in Florida.
