Thanks for that. The letters that were sent to them usually stops collectors in their tracks and it also stalled them out for 6 months. An attorney in another state said that after their won arbitration award they would have no need to settle but would simply go to a judge and get the judgment (as if there will be no court, so to speak, but a simple signed paper from a judge). Since they didn't do this it seems that the papers have worked. I'm sure I can beat them in court based on their lack of proof, etc. I just wanted to know what everyone thought since I really don't have time to go to court, nor do I want the hassle.
