If a creditor gets a judgment against me and I have no income ( except a small amount of self-employed income), No home (it's in my husband's name), a car loan that is more than the car is worth, and no checking account. What can they get as far as personal property goes. What is exempt from judgment and who is to say what is mine and what is my husbands?
