When did you last pay on the card, directly to the credit card company on a current account?
What State are you in?
What does your credit report show?
It may be true that you were sued before on this account, and it may be true that a judgment was ENTERED, but it is also possible that NOTHING was actually entered. Check the Court, get a COPY of any FILED and ENTERED judgment. You need to file an answer, depending on YOUR answers to the above questions.
