Exactly WHO with "MBNA" was your arrangement?
When did you last pay MBNA-- NOT on any "arrangement" but when the account was current, and in good standing.

How long have you lived in your current State, and what is it? What State were you living in when the account FIRST went "bad"-- late or past due.

I suspect that you are past SOL, and the CA you were paying (are paying) is not legally allowed to collect from you any more, and has turned it over to another CA.
