Yes, the judgments will drop off--replaced with the BK filing and discharge dates. It will stay on your credit, though for (10) years. It is highly unlikely they will bring you in for an OEX unless you seem financially substantial and would be hiding assets like owning a business and property or bank accounts. It is rather costly. I would ignore it unless they bother you so much that you require peace of mind--then file BK.
