she still responsible for the debt since she
ran it up AFTER my fathers passing?

If she ignores the collection agency and they sue
my father and obtain a judgment and later find out he is deceased what would their next step be.
Im sorry about all these questions but I need to
find out the best solution to this problem.
Is it really possible to negotiate with collection agencies or do they agree to take a certain amount and then turn over the rest to another collection agency .I am concerned that
trying to face the problem and find a solution could cause more trouble than just ignoring
it.Any help is much appreciated!

she ran up the debt in ohio but has recently moved to virginia
