NCO collectors fall into 1 of 3 categories, often all three.
1. Common criminal fleas, a few rungs beneath muggers and pickpockets.
2. Drug addict/alcoholic lice that can't hold down honest jobs. 3. Mentally ill ticks that get a twisted sadistic rush from abusing people.
The Orkin Man says reduce opportunities for home infestation by securing telephone access tightly.
