Ok I have a question:
When an account, Credit card or other loan, secured or non secured is past the states SOL, can collector still try to collect? And how? I know all the FDCPA do's and don'ts but my question is can the still collect past SOL? I thought they couldn't but I read something different else where. So which is it?
