Thanks. No, I have not been sued yet, but they are hinting. But they more than hinted 6 months ago, they rudely DEMANDED on the phone and bragged rudely and in a manner that made me feel the guy was overcompensating for something else he was lacking -- that he was going to do all sorts of retarded things to get the money. I filed a letter telling them to keep it in writing which they did until this last phone call, telling me that January was my last chance to settle. Seems odd how they backed down if they really have any teeth left.

So you are telling me that IF they send a summons I should go to the court and look at their past cases? Why? To see which ones they lost and how?
I would like to just dismiss the whole thing and I have an arbitration award against them already anyway, so I could use that.

And yes, I am in California.
