No I would never give them an information on my employer or anything like that, and I would prefer to write a letter so they dont start calling. I was wondering about trying to find an email address for capital one and try that but I'm not sure. I did contact one collection agency that way because there was something on my credit report and I was unsure what it was and they responded and it was an actual debt that I owe,
