Marv thanks a lot. I recognize that bank. A couple of years ago when I was working I applied for a 24 hour rapid refund for my income tax and ICB is the bank that supplied the loan. I didn't know a credit check was done when you applied for this. If there had been a judgement on my report back then I would have never gotten that tax refund if they do credit checks. Boy, any excuse to peek at somebody's credit report. Thanks again Tia

p.s. Also the recent credit report i received still has my employer listed which may explained why I was sued. The creditor might have thought I was still working. Experian is terrible about updating their records. There are at least 5 errors on my report. Equifax seems to be the most accurate.
