In 1999 I was served with papers for a $1700 suit against me by nations bank. After I got the papers I settled with them but I never showed up to court. Now I found out I have a default judgement against me and it's showing on my credit report as status:filed. Is there anything I can do to "vacate" the judgement? Need assistance badly...
