File an answer with the Court stating the plaintiff has failed to provide any proof of their claim or answered your affirmative defense of SOL, request a summary judgment against the plaintif for a dismissal with prejuidice and sanctions against the plaintif for filng a frivolous lawsuit and abuse of proccess.State that yo are filing a complaint with the Fl. Attorney General, the FTC and the Florda Bar Association, and do so. Make sure you send certified copies to the Court and the lawyer for the CA.
