He sounds sound! Computerguy is very sound and only gives advice that has worked for me and others that are being harrassed constantly by 3rd Party Debt Collectors, including Debt Collector Attorney types. You can read and get any advice you want on this forum, but seems like most of the contributors want the harrassed members to file a Chapter 13 or check to see if they are beyond the SOL. Well wonder if your not beyond the SOL, what are you going to do? You going to use any means possible that works and has been proven to work! I've helped well over 50 members on this board and other boards and you know what? Never received one complaint from any of them on my methods. They work! and thats bottom line.
