you need to send out a letter to him certified mail(I would provide proof which I usually would not do) tell him the debt was formally discharged in BK. You do this because if he continues to pursue the debt and does not drop it you can turn around and sue the pants off him and file an ethics complaint with his state's bar association. He may not know about it so will claim clerical error so you need to make sure he does. If he continues go to naca.net and find an attorney. What state are you in btw? I know a few attorneys who would have a field day with this moron.
