They are not required to stop calling you unless you send them a cease and desist letter in writing. You should send a limited cease and desist letter stating that you can only be contacted by mail and to stop calling. Send it certified mail, return reciept requested. They are not required to obey your verbal requests to stop calling. FDCPA says the request must be in writing.
