Husband dies, leaving LARGE credit card debt (money was used for gambling at race track and casinos). Wife's name was not on the card, she never co-signed or used it. Husband's "estate" is very small, almost negligible, much less than the credit card balance. Is widow responsible to pay off the balance? Is her home safe from judgment or lien? (This is in Pennsylvania).
