They'll get their day in court! A person I know in Georgia is being sued by them now and he had a previous Arbitration award that he was awarded. The problem is, people that have Arbitration Awards in their favor fail to get them validated in court. Wolpoff & Abramson know how to get the award Validated and will get a judgment entered against that person.
