People put me down all the time on this forum! But this is my honest beliefs: I believe the case has already been won by the Creditor prior to you going to court. They have already decided to give a judgment to the creditor and that's why the Creditor pursues getting the judgment. It's basically a losing battle when you appear in court. Remember, Attorneys and Judges are all from the same mold and work with each other all the time. Why wouldn't a Judge render a decision leaning toward the Attorney.
