Never talk to a CA. They lie, threaten and prey on your emotions. Don't believe a word they say. What state are you and when was the last payment to American Express before it became deliquent. DON'T CALL THEM. Any communication with them should be in writting send registered/ return receipt. You might want to consult with a consumer attorney, or maybe a bk attorney if this is not the only debt you have. www.naca.net
