Send copies of your papers (never send them the original) with the information certified mail, return reciept request along with a cease and desist letter informing him that you will take legal action if he pursues this matter further. Furthermore, report him to his states bar association, the FTC, the AG and the BBB for attempting to collect on a bankruptcy discharged debt.
