W&A Arbitration Rejection ignored !!!!

Wolpoff and Abramsom have been going on with the arbitration IN SPITE OF the arbitration rejection letter and all the communications to reject such arbitration. I even asked a copy WITH MY SIGNIATURE on it accepting the arbitration (of course that do not exist) I had the MBNA card before they introduced the mandatory arbitration and change the terms. How can I defeat the arbitration and the judgement? I reitarated tons of times that Irejected the arbitration and these guys have gone on with it ignoring it !!!!!! They put a deadline for the arbitrator to decide Feb. 06, 2004 What can I do?
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks
