W&A WILL win the arbitration award against you because they will use National Arbitration Forum which will most likely rule against you (I used to say they always do, but a lady here named something like sunflower somehow got it dismissed without prejudice -- scroll down). Once the decision is handed down you will have something like 90 days to dispute it. Then they will take the award (after 90 days) and send it over to an attorney in your home state, which will then attempt to collect it from you, threatening to take you to court if you do not pay. Do what you can to dispute the arbitration award ( I suggest the info on Why Chat's website, which is below) and then do what you can to deal with the local attorney. How to do that is answered various ways on this board, depending on the suggestions. You have PLENTY of time before this gets to court, so I would scour these boards and post away, seeing what your best moves are.
