The letter is ready to be mailed. I included the copy of the bk discharge, copy of his letter to me, and a copy of the summons. The fact that this clown already sued me, and triggered my bk was a real laugh. I have to keep reminding myself to follow my own advice and not call him. Believe me, I am really tempted to call this guy and tell him how totally stupid he is. I keep the letter in business form too. I was a lady, just in case I have to show up in court someday. Really really wanted to tell this guy something. Better to vent here!!

This letter is being sent to you in response to your attached letter. This is to advise you that the alleged debt to First Resolution Investment Corp was discharged in bankruptcy .

This is an order to cease and desist any further communication with me regarding this alleged debt.
I will consider any further communication from you regarding this matter as an attempt to commit fraud and extortion.

In the event of non compliance, I reserve the right to file charges and/or complaints with appropriate County, State & Federal authorities, the BBB and State Bar associations for violations of Federal and State statues on fraudulent extortion.
I took some of this from Why Chat's letter. I like the last sentence. I am absolutely going to file complaits with the bar association and BBB and WHAT IS FTC???
