I read one of your posts where you said that you had 10 charge offs and were only sued once, so I fugure you know your way around these matters. This is my situation: I received a letter from a collection attorney from Pennsylvania last week with all the usual threats and what not. I live in Kentucky. I owe almost 6,000 dollars. My wife and I own a small house but it has no equity built up and we are both still paying on vehicles. We have no savings and pretty much no money period. What do you think are the chances the CA will sue? He was threatening that they will garnish our wages, etc. In your experience what happened to you in similar situations?
