Follow Keyser's sound advice- or better yet- take yourself to a naca lawyer, pay the money- and wait for your reward. You don't have to go to court. You will get your case dismissed. You might even make some money out of this travesty.

Lawyers can wave magic wands and make things happen. Esp savvy naca lawyers.

PS YOu get your lawyers fees back- it is in the agreement you signed when you first get the credit card.
