RJM Acquisitions,Why Chat or Ladynred??????

I've sent a certified letter requesting validation to RJM who say they purchased my account from MBNA, but I was being bothered by Wolpoff and Abramson. W&A have stopped bothering me, I wonder why they didn't try the arbirtration scam on me? Any ways, RJM sent me a copy of my signed credit card application from MBNA and a computer print out of every months charges on the MBNA account. Is this proper validation? My current TU cr shows MBNA as P&L and shows a listing for RJM collection account stating being disputed by consumer for the smae account. Is this normal? Also I have an old Advanta business account that has never shown up on ANY CR that I "used" Briggs & Baker for back in 2000 and now a Calvary Investments are showing as a collection account listing. How do I handle this situation? Thnaks Burton
