First, email WhyChat.
Second, do you really want to change the venue to your home city?

Will you be in a different state if you do? IF so, one might be more to your advantage than the other.

If so, you can file a motion to dismiss based on the venue. I will have to go find my legal notes and I will try to post some of the language tomorrow.

NOTE: If you wish to file a motion to dismiss, you don't have to wait until the court hearing. You can go ahead and file it and all will stop until it is heard.
