Thanks Parry. I e-mailed Whychat and he told me that venue and jurisdiction don't really matter unless it's out of state. This is just in another city close by where I used to live. I don't think they tried to find my home address. The only address listed on my CR is my office. I had all my mail sent here when I moved a while ago, and all other creditors send statements here. I just think they think it's my home address. VA code says venue that is conveinent or where defendent generally conducts business, lives, etc. Also, the warrant states to dispute, I have to appear to set new trial date. I will dispute, and then ???????
