me, and after telling me that I have a bad check
from 5 years ago for the first time, tells me

if I can get a copy of the check to insure that his claims are true, and the guy refuses! insisting that "i am playing games with
him" despite the fact that I was offering to pay in full, with one days notice, with the reasonable request that I can see a shred of proof about his claims. Appearantly to him this is playing games and he hangs up on me!

Sounds like a swindler scumbucket to me
