my experience with citibank is they will bleed you dry if they can-when I tried calling citibank to settle they said because I had issued a cease and desist letter that they would no longer deal with me and sent me to lawyers who set a really high payment schedule when I could no longer afford to keep up with that they garnished my accounts into the negatives!!!Took house payment money and everything. Went to court and was told to do a court ordered payment which was the only way I was able to get the payment into the area I could afford.
