Unless you receive it certified mail (and sign for it personally) or receive the summons from the sheriff you have not been served. This is an attempt (sounds illegal at that) to intimidate you into calling them.

After checking with the court to make sure there is not a case filed in your name make a complaint against the law firm and the lawyer with the Board of Professional Responsibility. Be sure to include copies of your request for validation and all communications you have had with them.
