You should not send the lawyer anything. Your lawyer should be sending him communications and also getting you some $$$ for violation of the federal bankruptcy law, among others.

Follow Scott's advice and call that lawyer right now.

You won't be sorry. I had to get a lawyer to straighten out my problem and I got everything back.
