I have found out under the Fair Debt collection act section 807 paragraph 14 "The use ofany business, company,or organization name other than the true name of the debt collectors business, company, or organization". They put a false number in the caller I.D. This gave me a false name and organization. Here is the web site you can look at for this info http://www.ftc.gov/os/statutes/fdcpa/fdcpact.htm
