Why Chat has the expertise. I don't and not sure if anyone else here is an attorney. Why Chat is an retired attorney. I, myself, don't really know much. I simple refer people to the web site. And, of course I can relate my own experience. My knowledge is very limited legally. I am more into the psychological end of debt collecting, and I think that is important. But, it is the law that people need.
