But if you know that the words BINDING ARBITRATION means that you give up your right to an appeal and you must live with the judgement. I looked it up and your right BINDING ARBITRATION is went both parties agree to give up the court proccess. I know it sounds like a broken record but when you sign the contract and/or use the credit your are agreeing to those terms.

I do not mean to confuse or to bring this in to the discussion but when your arrested you are read your RIGHTS. One of them is the RIGHT to remain silent. If you chose to talk after that point you have said that u agree that what you say can be used against you. When you sign a contract for a credit card/loan you are agreeing to those terms if you don't like the terms or know that you are giving up your rights to a court trial, then don;t sign the contract.
Another reply talks about the "you signed a contract" is not fair and illegal but thats the way the world of money works. I can understand that its not particularly fair but that is not a good argument. Ignorance is also not an answer. If you didn't read the terms before you used the credit thats unfortunate.
I just think you need to be more careful when you enter into a contract.
