From below you said that MBNA and "others" just started to add binding Arb. to their contracts? This may be my saving grace. Had Wachovia (MBNA) card since about 1987 and the other since 1997?? (was BCS) but transfered to MBNA appox 2 yrs. ago. This may help me alot. I don't have any idea where the contracts are. How would I go about getting a copy to read them over VERY WELL?
