Tia, you misunderstood my comments.
Yes this is a public board, no you don't have any public posting of your name and address, in fact any posting of personal data is discouraged.

I am happy to give general information to people without knowing anything more than their State and the nature of their problems. For any SPECIFIC advise, where it is important to be accurate, I will ONLY do it by e-mail.

Anyone who posts a specific "legal" answer to someone on a specific problem is probably not qualified to do so. The Bar Assoc. and State laws prohibit practicing law without a license.This includes public offering of specific legal advise for a State someone is NOT licensed in.

We have several lawyers who post on cardreport,their names and e-mail addresses are posted on their OWN State page on my website.When someone needs advice they are asked to e-mail that lawyer directly.

You should really try creditboards.com, they have individualized forums, the board is monitored so trolls and nuisance scam spam is not allowed on, the topics refresh to the top when a post is added etc. etc.
