I have asked to see a bill regarding this account. The people at the Palisades Collection LLC has been very unprofessional about my accout. I had tryed to get this information from Providian but they told me that they had sent all my account's information to Palisades Collection LCC. I do not know if this is something that I have spent. I would like to see my account statement regarding this amount before I make any kind of payment. I have received your letter regarding my account. Its not understandable that you have the information to add more interest to this account but no information about the statement why the balance went to be $481.17 Like I said before, I will make a payment if I see the account's statement.
